Position Open For Marketing and Partner Manager

Job Profile

 

This is a dual responsibility role,were the candidate will have to manage the marketing activities of C&S as well as, will have to set up the reseller network for various C&S offerings in the country.

 

As a Marketing Manager, he/she will have to device the marketing strategies of C&S and performance will be measured in terms of sales conversion as a result of marketing activities.

 

As a Partner Manager, he/she will also be responsible for recruiting, inducting, supporting the resellers and will be responsible for their sales performance. The Partner Manager will be carrying sales targets on monthly/quarterly/yearly basis.

Candidate Profile
 

Work Experience: The work experience should be as follows

  

Has handled a reseller network before in an IT industry.

  

Has experience of strategizing the marketing efforts of at least a profit centre.

  

May have an experience of working in the industry of selling software, video conferencing solutions, e-learning solutions or computer education.

  

Should also have excellent track record in sales target achievement and must be a high performer

 

IT Background :Preferably should be fairly IT savvy.

 

Personality : Should have excellent communication and people management skills.

 

Educational Background : Preferred an MBA degree in Sales and Marketing from at least top 50 B-Schools in India.

Salary
 

For the right candidate the salary will not be a constraint and will be comparable to the industry standard and commensurate to the profile.

Position Open For Sales cum Business Development Manager

Job Profile : Sales associated business development role

 

Opportunity to work in a upcoming market segment that is both exciting and challenging technology.

 

Ability to understand a customer’s business and architect a suitable solution. Dialogue at the highest level (CTO, CIO, etc.)

 

Aspects of consultancy in that, requirements are never clearly articulated by customer.

 

Scoping, costing and proposal-ing for customized solutions

 

Exploring new avenues for application of smart cards and creating a business case for the same.

 

The position will report to Regional Manager.

Candidate Profile
 

Sales Background : Should have some work experience in IT sales or should have interest in IT sales. Should have minimum of 3 to 5 years of work experience. Candidates having experience in software sales, solution selling, project related sales activities, should have a good fit for the job.

 

IT Background : Will be required to give product demos in an assisted or unassisted manner and hence preferably should be fairly IT savvy.

 

Personality : Should have excellent communication skills. Should be able to give presentations/demonstrations to CIOs, HR heads, Business Users and CEOs. Should also be a team person, as the role involves selling as a team from C&S and to a team at the client end. Should be adaptive and flexible so as to be able to communicate right from the lower management to highest management of the client organization.
