Jayesh Thakkar – Chief Executive Officer

As the CEO, Jayesh is driving the business across different verticals to make C&S a key player on the software services landscape. He is also responsible for identifying emerging opportunities and building alliances with other technology partners.

In his previous innings at C&S, Jayesh as the Chief Technology Officer was responsible for all technology-related initiatives. From technology scanning to pre-sales, implementation and ensuring world class service levels, Jayesh drove and managed technology at C&S.

He has also served as a Consulting Director for Computer Associates India heading the consulting team for eBusiness and has over 16 years of experience in the IT industry.

He is an avid reader of non-fiction books on technology, management, business and spirituality.

Mahesh Bhatki - Chief Financial Officer

As the financial controller, Mahesh Bhatki is the custodian of assets, accounts and finances at C&S. He is responsible for setting up systems for checks and balances, so that C&S is able to maintain accurate information for its investors, customers, suppliers, employees, bankers, government organizations, etc.

Prior to joining C&S, Mahesh spent 14 years as a Chartered Accountant looking specifically into critical areas like Auditing, Investigations and Consultancy. Mahesh has done extensive research on the use of IT in audit and investigations using digital analysis.

Mahesh loves classical music and is an accomplished tabla player.

Anil Makhija – Vice President

Anil heads the smart cards division at C&S. His mandate is to create a broad suite of smart card based solutions and increase the penetration of these solutions in government, institutions and enterprises. Anil believes in architecting solutions based on appropriate technology that are cost effective, scalable and reliable. One of his focus areas is g2e and g2c solutions to solve common but deep-rooted administrative and governance problems. Anil’s key strength is his ability to devise an innovative and appropriate solution from the wide range of card technologies available today.

Previously Anil has managed challenging projects in the areas of web development, portals and loyalty programs. Anil is an outdoors enthusiast and a sailing instructor and has also served as a Commodore at the Colaba Sailing Club, Mumbai.
